The 31st Annual Alice Kelly Ladies Only Billfish Tournament is in the books, I have the results for that and I also have the weekend wrap up of how fishing was on Saturday and Sunday on all fronts.

Docking a boat isn't as easy as it looks! Especially one of the big charter boats like they have at our local marinas here on the Outer Banks, but one day as a rookie captain the owner of The Tarheel, Capt. John Bayliss, allowed me to take the boat back to the slip from the fuel dock while he went inside the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center for a bit. Just listen to what happened... 

PS - I'm still alive today because John Bayliss has allowed me to live hahaha!

The outer winds and surge from Debby kept just about everyone at the docks yesterday but I do have an update from the White Marlin Open in Ocean City, MD and a weekend outlook as well.
