Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
You're giving up that successful role for a job that doesn’t exist and in an industry nobody has heard about. Well that sounds like a good plan, that sounds really good. But you know what I had done is I made a deal with myself because I lived the life of someone who didn’t have a strong enough what, and I learned the hard way personally and then I got relive it through all coaching we've done over the years that you’ve got to have at least one of them, to even show up that day and I’m not going to drag your butt all the way through. If you got two, you’ll probably be saying “yeah kinda like my job, kinda like we’ve done, not so bad”. If you got all three your work is gonna feel effortless, whatever you're doing, you plow through, you’ll get up early, you’ll stay up late because you’ve got those three intersections. You put together those three then you’re making it. Now I’m not big, on you have to do your passion kinda guy, you're good at something, go get it, make a ton of money and go to your passion with all the money. Now reality is you're just passionate about it, it doesn’t mean you're good at it and before we get into this debate let me again remind you I coach you all, like passing all the belt that, that’s really good, do it all the weekends, Friday not happening, alright. And so I’m here to tell you, you don’t have to do your passion, just cause you're a good gardener doesn’t mean you own the garden center, just because you’re a good surfer doesn’t mean you teach people to surf, you like surfing, go surfing and make your money during the week.
