The Carolina Panthers announced on Wednesday that director of player negotiations and salary-cap manager Samir Suleiman had been promoted to vice president of football administration. This move further highlights the growth of the Panthers front office. Heading into a pivotal offseason Julian Council believes that Panthers fans should place their hopes and dreams in the front office instead of lamenting about Matt Rhule being retained for a third season.
