The biggest news story in the NFL on Tuesday was the Baltimore Ravens decision to place the non-exclusive franchise tag on QB Lamar Jackson, allowing other NFL teams to negotiate with Jackson and potentially sign him to an offer sheet. Despite Jackson being available, the Carolina Panthers are reportedly not interested in pursuing Jackson at this time. Not only are the Panthers disinterested in acquiring Jackson, but they're also not expected to pursue Aaron Rodgers. Derek Carr is also no longer a possibility following his signing with the Saints.
