New season, same story. The Carolina Panthers opened up the 2023 NFL season with a 24-10 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, thanks in part to three turnovers that led to 17 Falcons points. Panthers rookie quarterback, Bryce Young, making his first career start, added to the turnover total, throwing two interceptions on the day. Julian Council breaks down the Panthers mistake-filled day along with Young's debut.

In the past two seasons, the Panthers have dealt with injuries to their two starting cornerbacks, Donte Jackson and Jaycee Horn. Entering 2023, the hope was that the pair could finally put together a full season without injuries. Unfortunately, the Panthers couldn't get through a half, as Horn went down before halftime with a hamstring injury. Julian discusses the impact of Horn's injury on the Panthers season moving forward.
