Carolina Panthers GM Scott Fitterer let it known prior to the offseason that re-signing starting center Bradley Bozeman was a priority for him and the front office. Well, the Panthers spent little time getting a deal done as they agreed to a 3 year, $18 million deal with Bozeman hours into the opening day of free agency. Consequently, Bozeman's new deal led the Panthers to release the man he replaced during the middle of the 2022 season, Pat Elflein. Julian Council defines the importance of the Bozeman deal.

The veteran QB market moved quickly on Day 1 of free agency leaving only a few options for the Carolina Panthers as they search for a potential bridge option to mentor their rookie QB in 2023. Enter Andy Dalton. Dalton agreed to a two-year deal with Carolina on Tuesday evening. Julian explains why the addition of Dalton will allow the Panthers to be patient with the development of the young rookie QB.
