An honest conversation with one with of Australia’s most-watched young women, Cartia Mallan. At just 21 years old, Cartia had a combined following of over one million people across Instagram and YouTube — mostly other young women who turn to her for self-care and mental health advice, mentorship and support. 

We connected quickly on our devotion to exploring and honouring what spirituality means to us, and how we use our beliefs as both a compass and a comfort. 

Cartia is wise beyond her years and a gift to us all. She didn’t hold back in this honest conversation and for that I am thankful. Young women growing up in a world lived almost entirely online need her honesty and the accessible way in which she translates her innate wisdom. 

In this honest conversation, Cartia shares what it means to be telepathic, manifestation as a way of life, why she wouldn’t change getting bullied in high school or suffering crippling anxiety, her thoughts on privacy, privilege, why she had to leave Sydney and what she’s willing to sacrifice in order to live her life in service to others.
