Casey just won the BBQ Pitstop SCA Championship Series. This 6 part series featured the best SCA cooks from all over the west. He also got a Golden Ticket on his first SCA cook a little over a year ago and we talk about being at the world championships. He and his wife are also Grand Champion back yard cooks.
