In this weeks episode the Mayor sits down with Cash McMillen, a former underwriter and Underwriting Manager turned Insurance Agent at the Cashion Company. They sit down and discuss his journey from one side of the table to the other . Cash gives his advice to agencies on working well with their underwriters, he discusses his passion for people, niches, and industry that he loves and serves with his time and energy. 
He explains to us the story of how “The Forum” came to be and how he and the PIA together created a huge value add to agency principles and their staff. This is a project he is so passionate about and you can hear it in his voice. 
Cash also tells us about his family and their family business McMillen Farm and Flame, that he and his wife run together. 
Finally Cash McMillen leaves us with some incredible books to read and tells us the story of one of his favorite books called the Tribe.
