What is your energy field?
What do we mean by the relational field?Now I admit I got really excited and gave you a lot of information. So please, pause this, take notes, ask questions and re-watch as many times as you need.
Practices I suggested as mini experiments are:
Sense your own energy field (can you sense the right side, left side, front, back, above or below?)
Sense your own energy field in relation to others.
Can you sense how it changes?
Remember that you might not feel your field but you can sense - did you leave your body at all? Have your emotions changed?
Your thoughts? Your posture?
Play with following your feeling and intuition.
When do you rationalize or overly-mentalize?
What is your relationship to your own intuition?
