In this episode of the Simple Reflections Podcast I’m joined by Rose Latham, a Leadership and Life Coach from Salisbury in Wiltshire.

I hardly know Rose, but from what I’ve experienced, she is a lady on a mission.  She has immersed herself in her pursuit of her own personal growth and that of clients and it’s infectious!  I this episode we flit between the structure of our former careers to the openness of creating coaching experiences be that one-to-one or within a group setting.
