Masha Liashenko is a transformative coach, mentor and speaker living in Warsaw, Poland. I have known about Masha's work for a couple of years and I've always wanted to learn more. Masha is a Ukrainian and Russian speaker and has been instrumental in the creation of the 3PGC (Three Principles Global Community) Ukrainian and Russian speaking international communities.
In this episode we talk about the journey Masha has been on to create helpful resources and programmes for people affected by the war in Ukraine, including teaching there in person. working with people on the front line but also with those who want to help but feel overwhelmed by the enormity of the task.

Anna Keeble is London based State of Mind Coch and Nutritional Therapist. I have known Anna for a couple of years through a mutual friend and former podcast guest, Nici Butchart, and through the three of us being alumni of One Thought.
In this conversation, Anna and I discuss our mutual fascination for seeing how things are going to unfold, not only for ourselves but also for our clients. We also touch on Anna’s “soft spot” for working with teens and early 20s; having struggled with an eating disorder in her younger years, she now loves being the person she wish she had had as a guide through those formative years. We also touch on the joy f spotting the light come on in our clients as they start to see things differently… I feel there may be a whole new conversation to be had at some stage on that topic!

Dr Linda Pettit has a wonderful way of describing herself, she’s a professional listener. Linda lives in Phoenix Arizona with her kind hearted husband, Dr Bill Pettit (who you may remember from Episode 7). Debbie Fisher is a Lead Facilitator and Lead Trainer for iHeart Principles in London. I first met Debbie when she was on the faculty of One Thought when I was training with them in 2017. She has been involved with the iHeart Principles Charity for a number of years delivering training to children and young adults. At the time of writing, iHeart have trained almost 900 facilitators across 22 countries and delivered the programme to almost 34,000 people!

Chana Studley is a coach, living in Jerusalem, who has spent the last 30 years helping others recover from trauma, addictions, and working with all kinds of clients; adults, children and organizations. She has spent the last 5 years helping people with physical issues including chronic pain, allergies, migraines, skin problems and IBS etc., and more recently hormone problems and Long Covid.

Dr Ally Jaffee is a young NHS doctor based in London who is just starting her training to become a Psychiatrist. Ally is also a co-founder of Nutritank; a not for profit created to help educate the medical profession about nutrition. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Ally during Jamie Smart’s current Clarity Certification Training Programme which we finish in July.
In this conversation Ally and I discuss why she co-founded Nutritank, her own journey through mental illness while studying medicine and the role iHeart played in her recovery. It was a real privilege to get to share time with Ally and hear about her passion for helping others in our under-resourced NHS.

Devon Webster is a lively young man from Massachusetts. We met through an amazing resource called Heartfelt Presence; a free 24 hour Zoom room where people can drop in and find a 3 Principles based coach. I’ve been volunteering my services in there as a host twice a week for the last couple of years.
In this conversation Devon and I share some of the things we have enjoyed about the power of showing up and connecting with other people. It was really interesting to hear Devon’s experience as a guest in the room. It has also been lovely to see how he has flourished over the last couple of years to the point that he’s now applied to be a host in the room and is looking to set up his own groups... watch this space!
