It's finally upon us! Part 2 of the CrossFit Games season, the Individual Quarterfinals! The workouts were released and PC and Brian take a glance at them but they aren't doing it alone. They bring in one of the talented and up-and-coming coaches in the CrossFit space in HWPO's Josh Godinez. We get his thoughts on the workouts and also learn a little bit more about this 27-year old Texas native, how he's adjusted to his life in Vermont and his experience as a rookie coach at the 2023 CrossFit Games.
