Living in a world that presents countless ways to feel ugly, un-loveable and not enough can make loving oneself a hard, if not brutal battle. Filmmaker and artist, Amy Tompkins, candidly shares about a lifetime of struggling to love herself, her body, what that means in the world, and believing that she is worthy of love.
