In this episode I present the topic of mental prayer as a whole instead of just meditative prayer. Mental Prayer itself is a giant of a topic and one I plan to revisit again in the future. This episode I read and go over the book “the Catechism of Mental Prayer.” In addition I read and discuss a little extra about Mental Prayer from some online articles, and read what some of the Saints had to say on mental prayer, including St. Teresa of Avila, and St Alphonsus Ligouri, to name a few.
