It was the most powerful missile that North Korea has tested since 2017 and the latest in a series of launches this month. The U.S. Security Council meets today, as Ukrainians prepare to fight a possible Russian invasion. There is good news in the fight against the coronavirus. The numbers are still very high, but -- nationwide, daily COVID cases are in a steep decline.
