How ReconVelocity is Helping Dealers Get Their Vehicles Retail-Ready Faster - Hugh Hathcock & Chris Slaydon | Winter Preparedness: What Should Your Dealership Offer? | Reducing Distractions and Procrastination
    Today on CBTNews.com - Monday, November 4th, 2019:
How ReconVelocity is Helping Dealers Get Their Vehicles Retail-Ready Faster - Hugh Hathcock & Chris Slaydon
We're so happy to have back in the studio, Mr. Hugh Hathcock. I know that you know this face and this gentleman. And today he's brought with him one of his dealer clients with him, Mr. Chris Slaydon, who's with Vernon Auto Group who is also on fire in Texas.
Winter Preparedness: What Should Your Dealership Offer?
Winter is coming. It may have already started to hit in some parts of the country. Where I come from, we often joke (at the first sight of snow) about how many drivers have forgotten how to drive in the snow since last winter. Freeway pile-ups and cars sliding off the road are common sights during the first snowfall. Despite our best intentions, this little anecdote illustrates one fact: nobody really wants to prepare for winter! Ignorance may be bliss, but it won’t prevent a car crash, especially on slick surfaces.
Reducing Distractions and Procrastination for Your Dealership Employees
and procrastination can eat away at vast chunks of time and resources at a dealership. Eliminating them is essential to creating a positive, productive workplace environment. To do so, you'll need to pinpoint their sources and employ strategies to minimize these negative behaviors.

Delivering Convenience and Consistency as Part of the Dealership Experience
Often what makes one dealership stand out from the others is not their product but their service. In today's world of individualized marketing, customers are used to shopper-centric buying journeys and are highly sensitive to any perceived pain points along the way to a purchase. Ensuring convenience and consistency are two ways to build customer loyalty and boost return visits.

How to Make Google Voice Search and PPC Campaigns Work for Your Dealership
Advertising is a significant investment for most car dealerships, rolling the dice with monthly ad spends in the thousands of dollars per rooftop. Many are just emerging from traditional ad methods to ‘test the waters’ with modern campaigns like online PPC, or pay-per-click, marketing strategies. Cutting-edge dealers, though, are moving from print to digital and now to voice search, where the emerging tech is being embraced in leaps and bounds.
Five Ways Dealerships Can Help Their Communities While Growing Their Brand on Social Media
According to a 2017 Corporate Social Responsibility Study by Cone Communications, 87 percent of respondents said they would purchase a product because a company advocated for an issue they care about. The Harvard Business School also found that employees who have the opportunity to give to charities through their employer are happier than those who do not. According to data, your dealership stands to benefit from doing good. Getting involved with a local charity is a great way to not only help the community but also gain visibility.
