An NYPD administrative judge has recommended no disciplinary charges for the two NYPD officers involved in the 2019 shooting death of Kawaski Trawick. That judge said that Civilian Complaint Review Board prosecutors filed the charges too late even as she acknowledged factors outside the agency's control that contributed to the delay.
