In today’s podcast, I want to talk about something that we are going to be leaving behind in 2022 – the VICTIM MINDSET! I’m not saying you need to be overly positive all the time and you can’t ever complain – we’re not talking toxic positivity here – we’re talking about how you’re playing the constant role of the victim. Your life is going to be so much better if you stop playing the victim – I promise you that! Naturally, we tend to go to the victim mindset. It takes a proactive shift to see the good and grateful rather than the bad. How do we get out of the victim mentality? It’s easier than you think! Make sure you tune in to hear my tips and tricks!

Pick a word for the year!

Today, we’re going to talk about something I really don’t want to talk about. However, I feel like the time has come that we need to talk about the big “R” word… Recession! I’m hearing a lot of chatter about the economy, a recession, inflation, etc. Honestly, I am a bit out of touch with the details – if you want to know the trends and what’s coming, this is not the podcast for that. What I do know about is MINDSET. When I hear “Recession,” I feel fear. I feel worried. I feel unsafe. My family was hit hard by the last recession, and all I know is, I don’t want that to happen. At the same time, I can’t control what happens. There’s so much information out there, but the reality is, we don’t know what’s actually going to happen. In today’s podcast, we’re going to discuss how to prepare for the recession. This has very little to do with money, but rather about MINDSET. Make sure you tune in!

Is the thing that you're looking for already right in front of you? I want you to pause and think about that… A lot of times, when I’m coaching women, they’re running around chasing the next biggest thing. There’s so much going on that we feel like we must chase it all around because what we’re doing does seem enough. I’m here to tell you — There’s ALWAYS going to be something else to try or something else to add. BUT, that doesn’t mean you have to chase it. I listened to a podcast years ago that really stood out to me. On this podcast, she said, “You need to take one offer to a million dollars before you add on another offer.” So, here’s my advice to you: Focus on that one offer. Building up that one offer to $100,000 or $1 million. Know that there are clients beyond the clients that you have right now. There are so many ways to grow, but stop relaunching new ideas and build out one offer to more people. Check out today’s podcast to learn more!

Happy November! With Thanksgiving around the corner, there’s a lot of talk about gratitude! However, gratitude is NOT just a November thing. I talk about gratitude a lot on my podcast and in my education courses because its literally life changing. Gratitude is one of the FIRST things I teach in my coaching program for a reason! Through the hardest month of my entire life, gratitude kept me going. Gratitude allowed me to see that God was still with me. Gratitude gave me perspective that even though I was consumed in grief and overwhelm, there was still so much joy. Instead of feeling hopeless and living in the victimhood downward spiral, I could see there was good and hope. I think that we are over complicating and over thinking Instagram! I know so many people are feeling burnt out, feeling stuck, and not moving forward in posting on their social media! On today’s podcast, I want to simplify Instagram posting into the categories: Good, Better and Best! Really, there is no such thing as “Bad” when it comes to posting on Instagram. The only thing I think that could be considered “Bad” is not posting at all. So, for now, remove “Bad” from your vocabulary and let’s change your mindset to Good, Better and Best!
