The penultimate chapter! This time Eddy focuses on obvious hoaxes where witnesses claim to have met beings from another world. Some of these stories were difficult to read with a straight face. However in the larger context of the book, and the rumors that the military forced Ruppelt to add skeptical chapters, I have to wonder if chapter 19 is an attempt to bring the reader to a skeptical position.  

We had some technical difficulties, so the planned episode on the Washington DC event of 1952 is delayed a week. This sort chapter was a last minute replacement.
