Chapter 4 of Ruppelt's excellent book, The Report on Unidentified Flying Objects.

This time he writes about topics such as the Green Fireballs, Project Twinkle, and Project Grudge. Some interesting sightings are discussed, including one that sounds like it could be a black triangle.

He also talks about some behind the scenes stuff. Supposedly, he had to get the book approved by the air force before publication. Therefore he was not able to explicitly state certain things. However he got around this by asking questions and beating around the bush. Pay close attention to this chapter, Ruppelt hints at things that were later proven to be true.
