Chad Decker is one the founders of the world-famous Hard 8 BBQ in Stephenville, Texas. This family-owned and operated restaurant has been serving the best Texas-style pit BBQ since 2003. They now have 5 locations all across the greater DFW area.

Chad grew up a cowboy in Llano, Texas; he recalls his younger days, spending time around legends of the sport of team roping like Popeye Boultinghouse, Tee Woolman, and Bobby Harris. His more recent business venture has been diving into the rope horse futurity game under the brand Hardway Land and Livestock along with partner Wilkes Barnett and -47 Barret Angus.
