Celeste Ramage has made it a mission to let men know they can find support. It’s so personal to her because her partner Chad Evans suffered in silence and alone, and ultimately ended his own life tragically at the age of 34. She’s found strength and meaning in connecting with the running community and supporting Heads up Guys through “Chad’s Day for Change”, an urban trail race in Edmonton, Alberta (August 8, 2026). She was open and honest, and I’m so grateful to her for coming on the show and sharing as she did. It’s wonderful we have people like Celeste looking to make change even in the shadow of tragedy.

It’s an awesome retail shop that caters really well to trail runners. I work in the back for the distribution company “Rock Gear Distribution”. So this is a really cool partnership, and I’m so excited for it. Grab your shirt here!
