Keith Klestinski is the head coach of the 2023 WIAA Division 1 state champion Marquette University High School Hilltoppers. Coach Klestinski, in his fourth season as Marquette's head coach, led the Hilltoppers to a 27-10 victory over previously undefeated Franklin in the title game at Camp Randall Stadium.
The win came 54 years after Coach Klestinski's father Ron led the Roncalli Jets to victory over Chippewa Falls McDonnell in the first-ever state football championship game under WIAA.
In this episode, Coach Klestinski discusses program efficiency. Marquette High School has the challenge, like many schools, of not having assistants in the building. Coach Klestinski details how they are more efficient and effective in their work as coaches by utilizing technology, virtual coaches, and quality control coaches, as well as how they create a more efficient practice.

Kileleni: To the Summit – Chris Creighton, Head Coach, Eastern Michigan

In high school football, some programs stand out not only for their wins on the field but also for the values they instill in their players and coaches. Under the leadership of head coach Ryan Knowles, Sandpoint High School in Sandpoint, Idaho has built a program of significance through the principles of servant leadership. Coach Knowles' approach emphasizes serving others, creating a positive environment, and fostering growth among his players and staff.
One key aspect of Coach Knowles' servant leadership philosophy is the attention given to both the players and the coaching staff. By ensuring that everyone has the resources they need to succeed, Coach Knowles creates an environment where individuals can thrive and excel. This approach not only leads to better results on the field but also a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among all members of the program.
Coach Knowles has shown that servant leadership extends beyond the football field as well. Through innovative fundraising efforts, utilizing the Vertical Raise platform, Sandpoint High School has been able to raise substantial funds to support the program. By leveraging technology and community support, Coach Knowles has demonstrated how servant leadership can translate into tangible results that benefit the entire football program and its participants.
After playing and serving as a graduate assistant coach at the University of  Idaho, Coach Knowles spent 12 years at Colgate University serving in various roles, including defensive line coach, co-defensive coordinator, and special teams coordinator before returning home to become the head coach at his alma mater Sandpoint High School.
