As a modality for change, I have tried a few things.
One which I stand over is called transformational breathwork. I first tried it during the pandemic and have guided a fair few journeys at this stage. But they are still a relatively unknown modality to the masses, compared to for example the Wim Hoff "Iceman" method.
Transformational BW Journeys are great because you dont need to talk through events again and again. The work is all done by you, the individual, using the power of your own breathing and your resources within.
So, have you ever heard of Transformational Breathwork Journeys?
Does the name leave you scratching your head and maybe doubting if they are any
good?
Well, today I give you the BLUF- bottom line up front, about
them. In a short amount of time - I talk about what they are. How they work for us, and I point you in the direction of where to go to try one
for yourself.
So like always: grab a coffee, stick in the earbuds and have a listen.
