In episode 34, I interview Julianne Lane, a digital marketer and social media manager from West Wales who sold everything and moved to the other side of the world with a backpack, never to live in the same way again! We dive into her thoughts on minimalism, what she has learned from having less, how she navigates the consumerism on social media and so much more!

In episode 31, it's a kick in the BUTT style solo episode about cyberbullying and trolls. We dive into what cyber bullying actually is, my personal experiences with it, why it is extremely relevant at the time of recording and tips to avoid feeling burnt out by the trolls on the internet. 

So much of the advice out there is "just ignore it" but I beg to differ. Sometimes deleting and blocking is a great option, but when can we address the problem head on and hold these people who are spreading hate online accountable?

This was a huge step for her to use her voice in this interview and it also happens to be our shared birthday week! We've gone from celebrating in the clubs in Atlantic City in our 20's to recording podcasts about healing and feelings in our 30's.
