Charlie Kirk, conservative activist and founder of Turning Point USA, was assassinated on Sept. 10. The House passed a bipartisan resolution honoring his legacy and condemning political violence. His memorial service, designated a Level 1 national event, will feature speeches from President Trump, Vice President Vance, and Erika Kirk.
