This time, we have a conversation with Priscila, The Humbled Therapist. She is back for her last episode before she gives birth. Priscila wanted me to give you a disclaimer that she was dealing with "pregnant brain" while we recorded, in case you notice a difference. She's only four weeks away from her due date!

During this episode, we talk about the recent events that happened with Charlottesville, what we can do to keep our mental health in a good place and we stress how we should continue to make our case from a place of love. We definitely encourage everyone to take action though and stay safe, strong and grounded.
