Our guest for this episode is a Chicago-based writer and podcaster Case Kenny. Case found his calling in integrating inspirational quotes into everyday life through writing quotes on coffee cups and sheets of paper while wandering around the beautiful city of Chicago; then found a platform in podcasting, writing books, and creating music. With this breakthrough, Case has been more intentional on the things that he does – his businesses and relationships alike, stating that self-aware people are simply happier people. Fulfilment isn't brought by material wealth, honor or power, it comes from within you and it's your job to find out what gives you true happiness in your chosen mission. Oftentimes, it's such a hard choice to follow – leaving your comfort zone for something uncertain. A leap of faith, indeed.
Our guest for this episode exchanged a dream life for a career that gives her the fulfilment she has always sought.
Meet Regina Lawrence, a lawyer by profession but a soulful business coach and mindset rehabilitation expert by choice.
Since the day she shifted into her new path, Regina never looked back.
"I worked so hard for this, why isn't this fulfilling me?"
"The ultimate fulfilment is inside of us and everything else is a bonus."
"Other women needed somebody to hold space for them."
"I was the fixer but my cup was never full."
"The stress was manifesting in my body."
"Allow your body to process all the energy that move through you."
"You are the energetic framework of your business."
"Retraining the belief always has to be tied to something rational and tangible."
"As we grow and expand, the pool of people we want to be with gets smaller, and that's okay."
It was intuition that gave Regina the strength to maneuver to a different direction for her life which she found in coaching women. Her mission is to guide women to attain their highest self in every area of their life and to properly build the foundation for success – deep, life-changing, and sustainable.
It took Regina a breakdown to find her breakthrough.
Are you going through a difficult time right now? Hold on, you are transforming.

Our guest for this episode is celebrity stylist and mompreneur Ali Levine. Throughout her life, Ali's direction and choices have been guided by her energy; she let go of a lucrative job simply to start something new, explore and gather experiences, and ultimately found her passion in styling. Tapping into her energy to create, Ali is considered an authority in celebrity styling.
Now, she is focused on being an excellent mother to her daughters and empowers them through mindset work to prepare them for life:
"I've always been led by my heart and my passion versus money."
"It's a matter of how you react to them."
"I'm not going to allow it to shake me."
"I question everything."
"Once you shift that, it's game over. Nothing can control you anymore."
"Things weren't exactly what we were told they were."
"Not as pretty as everyone thinks it is."
"I help focus on how they really feel versus how they should show up and be."
"When you compare, you allow joy to be stolen."
Ali believes that confidence is your greatest accessory; her purpose is to make people feel good about themselves and to always do things from the frequency of love and empathy rather than fear and control.
The power has always been within you. It's time to step up your game.

The human brain is such a transformational tool only if it knows how. Or you know how.
The guest for this episode is Chrissy Papetti, an occupational therapist by profession, a self-mastery mentor, success coach and speaker, and a Gene Keys expert.
Let's learn together in this live Gene Keys session as Chrissy interprets my Gene Keys Chart which brings awareness to my shadows and helps me understand how to deal with them.
Gene Keys system gives you a breakdown of your frequencies, unravel your shadows, and help you mitigate them as they pop up in your life experiences. It breaks down patterns, assigning them names and meaning for you to take control of them. Ultimately, this system transforms you to attain your higher purpose in life once you are made aware of your fears and your intentions.
"The last thing we want is to not know."
"I help translate how the gene keys system works to empower you to be more of yourself."
"What if the pain is inside your head?"
"I cannot win until my pain goes away."
"You have so much power than you are probably led to believe."
Chrissy herself experienced the transformation when she decided to stop being a slave of her own limitation – a pain manifested physically but is conditioned by her mind. It was with her mother's help that made this paradigm shift possible.
Thus, her mission is to empower people that by becoming aware of ourselves and how our body works through the Gene Keys system, we have the power to change literally everything no matter how challenging that is. You have the control over your life.
Change is in your hand. Take charge.

Everything happens for a reason.
As cliché as the statement is, this is our guest's life mantra. This is his trademark which sets him apart – to embrace failure as it comes and learn from it.
Our guest for this episode is the founder of #BeTheChange, an entrepreneur and motivational speaker, Anthony Russo.
Anthony's strategy and coaching style stemmed from his experience growing up with his compulsive gambler dad and eventually, at one point, his addiction to gambling as well. Hitting rock bottom saved him and his mother's life. He flipped the script and applied it to win in business and life.
"It takes a lot of failure to realize that you are so good at failure."
"I never made the same mistake twice."
"If that business was successful at that point, I might have a successful business and no mother."
"Find a happy medium until you go all in."
"Nobody gets lucky."
"Be willing to take the world as it comes."
"I need much less."
"We have a potential to create change in the social media."
"The most important person in therapy is not the therapist."
"Stop talking about what you know and start what you can do to get there."
Anthony speaks and coaches from experience and as an expert on the topic of failure to triumph. His own experience of failure could not have made sense during that moment but in hindsight, it was a blessing in disguise as it resulted in keeping his mother.
Are you afraid of failing? Then think again. It also means you are afraid to succeed.
Now, go and do something. Everything will make sense someday.
