Why do you struggle to fit in when you are born to stand out?
Our featured guest for this podcast is a fully expressed actress, model, voice-over artist, podcast host, and content creator. Meet Lauren Aparicio. For many years, she had been working behind the scenes in the entertainment industry because the fear of failure kept pulling her back from pursuing her dream of being an actress. Now, she learns to focus on herself, to fully shine on her own, and does the things that make her happy.
Let us get to know more about Lauren and vibrate her strength and energy:
"Stop hiding yourself."
"When doing your passion and you're done with it, are you drained or energized?"
"What's mine is mine and anything not mine I send into the light."
"It's about impact."
"Stop trying to meet people where they're at."
"Reframe everything."
"Even the routine can become redundant and it will burn you out."
"Your friends and family can't solve your relationship. Only you can do that."
"Be consistent but recognize where you need to slow down."
"I don't need to ask permission for something I felt in my heart."
It took Lauren a long time before saying that she was proud of herself because she had been so busy worrying what other people may feel if she did the things she loves. Now that she has decided to choose herself over people's opinions, she is not only happy in what she does but also shows up better for other people. Prioritizing yourself is never a selfish thing to do. Instead, self-love prepares you for your relationships. Don't try to fit in and limit yourself to society's standards. To fit in is saying "no" to becoming the greatest you can be. Choose to be full and happy because you deserve the best.

Do you feel like you are experiencing the worst phase of your life right now and don't know what to do?
Our guest for this episode has been there and will help you get through these dark points to blissful days ahead. Malorie Avaline is an internationally recognized intuitive coach and healer, successful entrepreneur, speaker, writer, and podcast host. But before she became all of these, Malorie was broke, broken, and abused.
How did she transform so beautifully? Hear her story out:
"Experiences are what shift you."
"Moments of clarity: There's got to be so much more than this."
"Awareness is an invitation to more of you."
"It came from the desire to want more."
"I operate from this place of love - it's the full embodiment of who and what I be in my core."
"Plant medicine is the way to the future."
"Compatibility with a partner is so much more."
"What is for me is ultimately going to find me."
"We're evolving together. Our love languages have changed."
Having to go through all the painful experiences, Malorie's life is a testament that you can rise above your current situation only if you choose to boss up your game and be resilient. Are you dealing with major life decisions right now and can't decide which way to go?
Hear out our guest for this episode, PR and Marketing consultant, fitness model, entrepreneur, PR Accelerator and Influence and Impact founder Lauren Salaun.
Lauren shares her breakthrough story after years of sitting between two chairs in her career choices and relationship. Her journey proves to us that with clarity of purpose, choosing one over the other will lead you to better days ahead, peace, happiness and true alignment!
"I didn't exactly know what the next thing could be but I knew I needed something else."
"I decided to jump all-in on the main thing and really own my expertise."
"What does everyone want from me?"
"I wanted to sharpen my mindset, focus, and discipline - that spreads to other areas of your life."
"When your primary relationship feels off, that affects everything."
"Our subconscious is kind of prepared for this."
Choosing is not an easy thing to do. Letting go is painful and hard. It brings us out from our comfort zone. Sure, there will always be consequences or opportunity costs; yet, staying divided in your focus and attention does not optimize your resources and the A-plus results you desire to achieve. You must decide to step fully, go all-in, and take that leap. For all you know, the grass is greener where you water it. It will all be worth it in the end. You just need to trust yourself.

Are you too hard on yourself in your relationships? Since the podcast launched, we have always heard about love & relationships from the perspective of women. Now, we have the opportunity to hear from one of my favorite love & relationship experts, @createthelove himself, Mr. Mark Groves! Mark Groves is a human connection expert and founder of Create The Love. In this episode, Mark will share with us how to be a better partner in handling relationships – from changing the non-negotiables effectively to honoring our boundaries. He will also dive deep into how our childhood affects our behavior towards relationships and so many more eye-opening tools to thrive in them:
"Fate doesn't really work for you if you don't work for you."
"Whenever there's a criticism, there's a desired behavior."
"I couldn't commit long term because I don't trust myself."
"You already knew all along; they're just some reminders."
"The more I learn my parents' story, the more I understand why they parented me the way they did."
"Your belief has to shift or your life does."
"One needs space for safety and the other one needs no space for safety."
"What are we proving by not allowing our hearts to be open again?"
"Have a compassion for your younger self for not knowing it."
Mark conveys to us that in order to find balance in relationships, one must approach challenges both as a warrior and as a child, and to live your life with an open heart. After all, it is love which makes the world go round. Don't be afraid to open your heart again.

An alpha female refers to a woman leader - successful and empowered. Our guest, Melanie Ann Layer, is the founder of Alpha Femme, a support group that empowers women to unleash their greatest potential and make things happen. She is a life and business coach, and advocates for women empowerment by tapping into their divine feminine. "I do everything I do with as pure of an intention as possible."
"I embody it and once it makes an impact in my life, then I teach it."
"I woke up and felt that something huge was coming."
"Eventually, you'll get better. Wait for the right wave."
"Empower the people who are a good match for you."
"Learn to be instead of trying to fix it."
"I went from being the one who was giving everything, to being pushed aside."
