Dr. Gary Fettke is a retired Orthopaedic Surgeon in Tasmania, Australia. He and his wife Belinda, have been fighting against corruption in the nutrition world for years.
He has a major interest in the preventative medicine and encourages his patients to lose weight before undergoing surgery. He is an advocate of a low carbohydrate, healthy fat (LCHF) lifestyle for the various health benefits, including the reversal of type 2 diabetes.

Dr. Ardavan Aslie is the author of the book 'Corporate Spine' and is a board-certified spine surgeon who received his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, where he double-majored in physiology and genetics.
He earned his MD from New York Medical College and completed his residency at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York City while working with some of the world's most renowned scoliosis surgeons; he received his spine surgery fellowship training at Harvard University. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Aslie has been active in researching and developing cutting-edge treatments for osteoporotic and aging spines. He lives in Sacramento.

James Leman almost diet when following a vegan diet. He joins us on the podcast today to share his journey from deaths door on the vegan diet to thriving and healthy today on the carnivore diet.
James was vegetarian and then vegan for 5 years before his health took a serious dive. He had multiple hospitalisations, autoimmune issues, anxiety & depression as well as many other health problems. He was convinced that it couldn't possibly be his diet, veganism (he had been told) was the healthiest diet out there...
James reintroduced meat into his diet and is now thriving and spreading his message to others about the dangers of a vegan diet.

Sam Feltham is an entrepreneur has been in the health and fitness industry for over a decade. Sam is an advocate of Low Carb Real Food diets in helping people to get healthy, lose weight and improve metabolic health. He is driving for change in the nutrition guidelines which encourage individuals to base their diet around carbohydrates.
Starting out as a party coordinator at a sports centre he worked his way up to study at the European Institute of Fitness and qualified as a Master Personal Trainer. After 5 years of running a fitness boot camp business and a successful podcast, Sam shifted his focus on to improving public health by setting up and directing the Public Health Collaboration.

Bitten Jonsson is a registered nurse & expert on food addiction (where sugar and other processed carbohydrates are often the biggest problems).
She has decades of experience treating patients with food addiction problems and has developed a comprehensive treatment program for food addicts offering education for professionals, both in Sweden and online.
