In today’s second hour, Dom welcomes in Cherelle Parker, candidate for Mayor of Philadelphia, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to hear her instant reaction after the release of the first unbiased poll on the Democratic primary for Philadelphia Mayor. After giving her reaction, Parker updates what she’s been up to since last appearing on the Dom Show. Then, Dom and Parker get into her recent debate performances, with the host complimenting her, with both delving into crime, city cleanliness, and what’s needed for the City of Philadelphia.

Then, Dom spends some time talking about the Eagles draft pick Jalen Carter, asking whether it was smart to pick the player who was arguably the best on field, knowing that he has a history involving street racing. This leads Dom to ask whether there is an entity larger than the Eagles in Philadelphia, eventually landing on crime as the only thing larger than the pull that the Eagles have. Finally, Dom welcomes in critic Scott Cronick, who offers his thoughts on the newest season of Barry on HBO, Marvel and DC's new Ant-Man and Shazam films, and Guy Ritchie's new film, The Covenant.
