If you catch yourself thinking the above statements often, you're likely a victim of weight bias. In this episode we explore how weight bias shows up in our day-to-day lives, especially in healthcare settings. There is no direct answer to overcoming weight bias, but there are definitely things you can start doing now to make a difference in your life and the lives of others.
