This episode is broken up into two parts, the Standard Problem and the Spiritual Problem. In the first part, you will better understand how Attachment works, how your past affects your present, and what the essential parts are that need your focus in order to improve negative relationship patterns. You really can change what you may been experiencing all your life!

You either have an Insecure or Secure Attachment.

Insecure Attachers struggle with Anxiety and/or Avoidance in intimate relationships.

In the second half, I introduce the Spiritual Problem.

There is a spiritual association to the traumas we experience here in the physical world. Our souls are affected by emotional and mental pain.

We talk about spiritual attack / demonic intrusion that occurs when you have insecure relationship experiences, such as rejection and abandonment.
