On today's episode, we are sipping on Hillrock Estate Solera Aged Bourbon. This bourbon is made using traditional solera aging techniques, which involve aging the whiskey in a series of barrels and continuously blending the different aged whiskeys together.

We'll discuss big life updates and the process behind solera aging, as well as the unique flavors that this technique brings out in the bourbon. We'll also talk about the history of Hillrock Estate and how they (mostly) produce their whiskey on their own farm in New York.
