In an exclusive interview with China Africa Talk on the sidelines of the FOCAC Summit in Beijing, SADC Executive Secretary Elias Magosi called China “a true partner” that delivers quality projects instead of just talking. As China and the Southern Africa region both uphold inclusivity and common development, Magosi believes the two sides have large room for cooperation in the future.
