Construction of the China-aided headquarters of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) is underway in Abuja, Nigeria.

It’s the latest in a long list of similar China-funded projects in different parts of the continent that include the almost complete Africa CDC headquarters in Ethiopia.
