As the once politically and socially significant community deals with changes brought about by a dwindling population, migration, shifting political allegiances, changing social priorities, we ask what the future holds for economically dynamic Chinese community. In recognising the diversity of the community itself - in terms of class, language, regional distribution - our panellists pose the question, what form will solutions to the problem take. And finally, the question of leadership emerges and who are ordinary Chinese looking to for future direction.
