  • Doja Cat, Pickle Off, and Fireworks
    Only a few minutes pass before we are already off the rails and checking out a new music video. Cern is a fan of Doja Cat, so we checked out one of her top music videos on YouTube which was a hit all around. We then dove into the results of the pickle-off and discussed the new upcoming contest which is a pizza-off between Chip, Cern, and Joe. Everyone is a winner for the pizza off. We then discussed the rampant use of illegal fireworks in Northern California and how we are going to get all fireworks banned. That’s all for this week. Thanks for listening!

  • Sports w/ Stat Boi Dana

    Our good friend Stat Boi Dana joins us this week for a wide-ranging podcast mostly revolving around sports. Spin gate has taken a new life now that the MLB is having umpires check multiple times per appearance. We also chatted about the Annual Pickle Off which is going into its2nd year and everyone is very excited with the exception of Dana who doesn’t like pickles. The NCAA has been required to allow athletes to earn money from sponsors and other endorsement deals. We then chatted through some od ball baseball stats as Bobby Bonilla Day is here!   • Axe Body Spray, Mountain Lions, and Coyotes

    We quickly had to steer away from another pizza making episode, so thanks for dealing with that. We then got chatting about Axe body spray and the wave it made at our high school and how the marketing had the teenage boys bought on the idea that Axe would get the attention of women. A bit ago Cern had a mountain lion in the neighborhood and that brought up the crazy viral video about the guy running and he ran into a mother mountain lion and her cubs. Chip had a coyote near his house and that just opened the flood gates for the kid questions. That is all for this week. Thanks for listening!

    We discuss the plans for Father’s Day and more pizza oven talk which everyone is excited about the new hobby of pizza. Then we discussed how the MLB has implemented some bs punishment for pitchers who violate the substance policy which was under a lot of heat due to the spin rate issues that are happening in baseball.     Cern and Joe both got new Ooni Pizza ovens and unbeknownst to Chip his wife was looking to get him one for Father’s Day. So now we had to turn it into some pizza-making competition. Cern tried to sneak past some different ingredients by his kids, but they caught right onto that. Kid stories and talk to follow. Baseball has a new controversy with baseball spin rates on the rise and pitchers being caught with odd substances on their gloves and hats. Thanks for listening!

  • Cern Builds a Shed, Upcoming Pool Party, and Citizen Kane
    Cern has been hard at work building multiple things for around his house including two sheds, but more importantly he is ensuring the pool is in tip top shape for the upcoming Chip and Cern Vax’d n Wax’d Summer Pool Party Kickoff this weekend. We also gave ourselves homework last episode and managed to follow through with it and we both watched Citizen Kane. Chip thought it was a strong movie, but yes very slow and Cern could’t muster the strength to fully rewatch and had to tap out. That’s all for this week! Thanks for listening!
