Greg Sendell, I've known for years, but I never really understood the journey he was on attempting to conquer the UTMB, the 172 km (with 10,000 of altitude gain) non stop lap of Mt Blanc in Chamonix. He took the time to chat with me piecing together the mission it was to prepare his body and mind for such a massive event.
He covers training, preparation events, alternate exercise in the build up, how he became vegan in the process, how he uses the chiro to help keep him balanced, mental preparation and how he fits it in with family commitments.
