In this episode of the Simple Reflections Podcast, I’m joined by Eirik Olsen, The Co-founder and Executive Director of One Solution.  I love Eirik’s approach to growth, it feels refreshingly real. Our conversation drifts into what it actually means to show up for others, to be of service while staying true to our own evolution. There’s no “final version” of any of us here; we’re each a work in progress, and Eirik has a gentle way of making it feel like that’s not just okay, but a gift.

We peel back the layers on authenticity – not just as a concept, but as a practice you return to, especially when the path gets foggy. Eirik shares stories from his own journey, moments when humility and openness made all the difference, and how questioning our assumptions (even the ones we didn’t know we had) keeps life interesting. Our conversation reminded me how staying grounded and willing to learn is where real service – and real connection – begin.
