Austin’s early 1980s punk-rock scene. Next, he chased his dreams to Los Angeles

where he sought to “make it” as the founding guitarist for Junkyard. Following

a major-label flame-out and near-lethal drug habit, he returned to Austin where

he fought to win sobriety, health, happiness and newfound creative outlets –
