It's December, which means it's time to take a break from Christmas movies. Instead, we're celebrating July at Christmas, and what better expression of July than Roland Emmerich's 1996 action epic Independence Day! Also, fun fact: We recorded this episode literally the day before the trailer for the sequel dropped. Fortuitous timing, but that means we couldn't break it down in all sorts of stupid ways.
