Ben Ross returned to discuss the impending vote from the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission that will go a long way to deciding whether the A's stay in the Bay or leave. We met earlier in the week so it came just before the vote was taken. Ben lays it all out... our lean here was that the vote would be in favor of the A's.
