If you saw the news, SB Nation will be converting management of its California team sites, including McCovey Chronicles, from a freelancer model to an employee model in compliance with California's AB5 law set to go into effect January 1st.

There's a decent amount of overlap between the new law, SB Nation's decision, and the current state of the business of baseball, and so where those things overlap, we talk about them. And when they don't, we talk a little bit about the Giants.
