And the podcast is BACK! Today's episode is with the inspiring and wonderful Dr. Diana Driscoll. I had an amazing conversation with her and was on the edge of my seat the entire interview listening to her story.
Diana was an EDS/POTS patient and bed bound for 10+ years. And she wasn't only on her own journey - both her son and daughter were dealing with similar symptoms. It took YEARS to find answers, and she is now the clinical director at POTS Care- a clinic that addresses the underlying medical causes of invisible illness patients.
Diana's main message is to never, ever give up hope. Even after 10 years of searching for answers, she continued to grasp on to hope and find a way to heal.

And we're back with another podcast! Today's episode is with Nicole Krinick, one of the owners of the app, Wana. Have you heard of Wana?
Wana (which stands for We Are Not Alone) is a community that fosters hope, direction and healing for people with chronic and invisible conditions. Nicole takes us through her story with invisible illness and why she and co-owner, Evan Golub, decided to start Wana.
Spoiler alert: Nicole and Evan actually met on a dating app and while they didn't click romantically, because of their meeting, Wana was created to help so many others in the chronic illness community. How cool is that?!
This is a quick episode, but such a helpful one! I created this podcast for a safe, positive space for people living with chronic illness and Wana is just the app for people like you!

Today's episode is with the wonderful Lindsay Mitchell of Vital-Side, "a neuroplasticity-based healing program that uses neuroplastic techniques, along with practice, repetition, focus, breath, and lifestyle changes, to re-wire the brain's limbic system to help you recover from chronic illness."
My interview with Lindsay was so inspiring. It was incredibly empowering to listen to Lindsay's story of how she used brain retraining to help her heal from chronic illness. She now considers herself healed and works with others to heal their bodies from chronic symptoms using brain retraining.
Make sure to listen in and let me know what you think!

Today's episode is a solo episode ... and a really good one if I can toot my own horn. 📯
You see, today I go DEEP into my own story and tell you how getting REALLY stinkin' mad is how I was able to step up my healing journey. This is a very raw and authentic episode, but also a quick one, so I hope you enjoy. ❤️

Today's guest is a favorite of mine because she's a friend of mine in real life! Francesca Van is a student at UW Madison and my brother-in-law's girlfriend (basically my future sister-in-law, right? 😍) Francesca is super smart, driven and compassionate with a love for public health. But she's also a college student dealing with chronic issues including endometriosis, gut issues, headaches, anxiety and hearing loss.
Today Francesca takes us through what it's like to be a full-time college student dealing with chronic illness and how she took her health into her own hands. Whether you're a student or not, I know you'll enjoy this episode!
