The Mayor, Heath Shearon,  sits down with the Professor and discusses her story, and her passion for not only  learning but also teaching insurance at the University of Central Arkansas.  She has quite the industry Journey, from CSR at Brown & Brown to compliance officer at AMC to an Executive position at a Pet Insurance Company to now running the School of Insurance and Risk Management at UCA.

She talks about several of the other programs that they host on their beautiful campus.
