  • 2695: Golden Hinde (Trousered remix)
London's Golden Hinde reimagined by Ian Haygreen.
"I used very little effects (reverb etc) for the track. I used Audacity to separate the individual sounds which interested me. Using Audacity and LMMS (my DAW) I simply used the loop functions, altered the speed, pitch and tempo settings and very little else."

Rain in Boston reimagined by Stefan Klaverdal.
Rain have always been a source for inspiration, this particular rain was kind-of-rhythmical and that inspired me to compose this short piece for (slightly extended) piano filled with melancholy and nostalgia.

  • 2691: Le Prélude
Soundscape for the end of times. Human empathy for the environment is countered with the slow destruction around us. Could we be threatened by such urban environments in the future?
The original soundscape was processed first using Max for the pitch and time effects and then spatially transformed in Reaper using Kronlachner's Ambix tools for the final binaural mix.

  • 2689: Protest Resolution
Colombian protest reimagined by Dave Webb.
"I wasn't sure what the protest was about, and my Spanish is rubbish. So I cut loops with as little human voice as possible and turned it into a kind of celebratory, dancey track."

  • 2688: A protest in Bogotá, Colombia
"We can hear chanting protesters from Bogotá, Colombia, on November 26th 2019, less than a week after protests started. I was in Bogotá for a residency and it just happened that I arrived at a very agitated moment in the city, with people denouncing corruption and demanding better quality of life. It was beautiful to see them out in the street in solidarity, protesting in a very civil manner for a very reasonable cause. I was impressed at the musicality the protests offered me and I'd like to share with you the festive side of the events." Recorded by Yanik Tremblay-Simard.
