Claire is my first guest from Ireland. She has lived on both sides of The Atlantic but is now back home. This was a really fun conversation. She actually comes from a large family of misophones, which you’ll hear about. She has tons of tips she uses for dealing with miso and you'll hear some great stories about dealing with miso at work - like the sniffling woman, and the bowl banging man.
