Adopting a vegan or plant based diet has gained a lot of attention in recent years and some people are doing it for health reasons, some people are doing it for environmental reasons, and some people are doing it for ethical reasons, but with that may come some very important vitamin and mineral deficiencies that may prevent you from living an optimal life.
